Causes of the Revolution

We have discussed some of the causes of the Revolutionary War, and this video outlines those reasons.



After watching this video, I would like for you to leave a comment including one fact about the Revolutionary War. Once again, you can't list a fact that anyone else has mentioned, so the sooner the better. Your facts may be from the video, from class discussions, or from your own research.

  1. No Taxation Without Reprsentation become the Colinst's slogan after Parlment and King George forced laws and taxes on the Colinists, and the Colinitsts were not allowed in Parlment.

  5. There where four acts but the first act was the Proclamation of 1763. It was when the British band coloniel settelment west of a line drawn along the Appelation mountains. The colonists were upset with the British because the were telling them where they could live.
    I might come back Wednesday and I'm feeling better.

  6. The colonist got upset that they weren't aloud to go into England but England was aloud to tax them just so they could pay off there war debts.

  7. The colonists were so angry because of the tea act that they threw all of the tea off the three britsh ships and into the bay. This act is now known as the Boston Tea Party.
